3. Purpose of Information Use

- Users under 18 years old are prohibited from using the service.
- Uploading or sharing illegal, harassing, minor-related, or infringing content is forbidden; serious violations may lead to bans and cooperation with law enforcement.
10. Policy Changes
Significant changes to this policy will be announced 7 days in advance via in-app notifications and official website, and your consent will be requested again after the update. Continued use means acceptance.
