1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing, registering or using the App and its supporting hardware, website and customer service channels (collectively, the "Services"), you acknowledge that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, please uninstall immediately and stop using the Services.
2. Eligibility
- You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.
- If we discover data from minors, we will delete it immediately and terminate the Services.
3. Account and Security
- You shall ensure that the registration information is true, complete and timely updated.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and all activities under them.
- If you suspect your account is stolen or your information compromised, please contact us immediately via email.
4. License and Intellectual Property
- We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable, non-exclusive license to install and use the App on compliant devices solely to access the Services.
- Except as permitted by law or with our written consent, you shall not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the App;
- Copy, modify, sell, or commercially exploit the App or its content;
- Remove or alter any rights notices, marks, or disclaimers.
- The Services and all contents, trademarks, patents, software and data belong to us or our rights holders.
5. User Content
- You are fully responsible for the legality of any text, voice, images, audio/video, device control parameters and other content you input, upload, generate or share, and ensure no infringement or unlawful content.
- You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute and display such content during the maximum period permitted by law to provide, maintain and improve the Services.
AI Generation Statement
Some responses or features of this service are automatically generated by AI based on your instructions and are for reference only.
- Accuracy, completeness and suitability of AI output cannot be guaranteed;
- You bear all risks of any discomfort, disputes or losses caused by AI output; we hold no liability.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You shall not use the Services to:
- Publish, store or distribute illegal, harassing, violent, privacy/IP infringing, discriminatory or obscene content;
- Transmit inappropriate information to minors;
- Conduct unauthorized advertising, spam or fraud;
- Interfere with the Services using bots, crawlers or similar;
- Upload viruses, malware or other destructive programs.
7. Privacy Protection
Collection, use, storage and sharing of personal info are detailed in the Privacy Policy (available in app and website), which is part of this Agreement.
8. Third-Party Services
The Services may embed third-party SDKs, payments, cloud storage or AI components. You must also comply with their terms and policies. We do not assume responsibility for their availability, legality or safety.
9. Disclaimer
- The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". We are not liable for interruptions, delays, errors or data losses caused by network faults, maintenance, computing power constraints, third-party issues, force majeure, or network latency.
- We do not guarantee continuous, timely, error-free service nor that the Services meet specific purposes. We disclaim any liability for decisions made based on the Services or AI output.
10. Termination and Deletion
- You may request account deletion or stop using the Services at any time via the App.
- If you seriously violate this Agreement or laws, we may suspend or terminate all or part of the Services immediately and delete related data.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
- This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Singapore.
- Any disputes arising shall first be resolved amicably; failing which, submitted to arbitration. The arbitration decision is binding.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update this Agreement for legal, business or security reasons. For major changes, notice will be given via App or website 7 days in advance; continuing use means acceptance.
